非自愿搬迁经历与移民相对多维资产贫困--兼论正式社会支持与非正式社会支持的交互效应

摘　　要：利用A-F多维贫困测量方法探讨非自愿搬迁移民的相对多维资产贫困以及正式社会支持和非正式社会支持对移民相对多维资产贫困的交互影响,并利用三峡库区非自愿搬迁移民调研数据进行实证检验。结果表明:非自愿搬迁移民相对多维资产贫困状况较原居民严重,且非自愿搬迁也剥夺了移民代际再生产资产;正式社会支持和非正式社会支持对移民相对多维资产贫困的影响主要体现为互补效应;进一步研究发现,这种互补效应还会受到安置方式和安置时间的影响。研究结论对于阻断移民代际贫困传递,以及采用正式社会支持和非正式社会支持的协同互补性来提高减贫效率问题具有重要的启示。Based on the A-F multidimensional poverty measurement and the investigation data from the Three Gorges reservoir area,the paper tries to explore and empirically analyze the involuntary re-settlers’rela⁃tively multidimensional asset poverty(RMAP)and the interaction effect of formal and informal social support on the RMAP.The results show that involuntary re-settlers’RMAP is more serious than original residents,and that the involuntary resettlement also deprives re-settlers of their inter-generational reproduction assets.Formal social support and informal social support have complementary effects on the RMAP,and the interaction effect is also affected by the resettlement mode and time.The findings of this study are useful for interrupting the in⁃ter-generational transmission of poverty among re-settlers and improving the poverty reduction efficiency based on synergies between formal and informal social support.
