疫情与农闲期农村流动图书服务站支撑要素探析

摘　　要：本文通过调查了解农村疫情隔离期的村民兴趣取向变化,结合村民兴趣和行为的主流和共性特点,提出建设适应农村实际需要的流动图书服务体系。根据村民在知识和技术方面的需要特点,将视频和技术学习工具纳入图书服务范畴,形成各要素支撑的综合服务模式。本文分析了村民在农闲季节与疫情隔离期对知识和技术需求的共性问题,提出农闲季节村民的兴趣取向及其变化与疫情隔离期基本相似的观点,使流动图书服务站既服务于常态、同样服务于突发疫情期,构成双重功能。本研究的目的在于通过流动图书服务体系的建立,保证农村居民在疫情隔离期和农闲期得到健康文化服务,加快社会主义现代化新农村的建设。By understanding the changes in villagers'interest orientation during the rural epidemic isolation period,and combining the mainstream and common characteristics of villagers'interests and behaviors,this paper proposes to build a mobile library service system that meets the actual needs of rural areas.According to the needs of the villagers in terms of knowledge and technology,video and technical learning tools are included in the category of book services to form a comprehensive service model supported by various elements.This article analyzes the common problems of villagers'knowledge and technology needs during the slack season and the epidemic isolation period,and puts forward the view that the interest orientation and changes of the villagers during the slack season are basically similar to those during the epidemic isolation period,so that mobile book service stations can serve the normal serving in the period of sudden epidemics constitutes a dual function.The purpose of this research is to ensure that rural residents receive healthy cultural services during the epidemic isolation period and the agricultural slack period through the establishment of a mobile library service system,and to accelerate the construction of a new socialist modern countryside.
