竞技健美操三人操项目难度动作编排结构分析--以第十五届世界健美操锦标赛为例

摘　　要：为了探讨竞技健美操三人操项目难度动作的编排结构,探究三人操难度编排结构发展趋势,该研究采用文献资料法、录像观察法和逻辑分析法,分析了第十五届健美操世锦赛三人操项目前五名队伍难度动作的编排结构。结果显示,中国队三人操在难度方面处于世界领先地位,前五名队伍选手的难度动作选取较为集中。教练员和运动员应按照由难到易的顺序排列难度动作,创编新颖多样的难度组合,从而提升成套动作在比赛中的竞争力。In order to explore the arrangement structure of the dif f icult movements of the three person aerobics and explore the development trend of the arrangement structure of the three person aerobics.This study uses the methods of literature,video obser vation and logical analysis to analyze the arrangement structure of the diff icult movements of the f ive teams in the 15th World Aerobics Championships.The results show that the Chinese team is in the leading position in the world in terms of diff iculty,and the top f ive team players are relatively concentrated in the selection of diff icult movements.Coaches and athletes should arrange the diff icult movements in the order from diff icult to easy,create new and diverse combinations of diff iculty,so as to improve the competitiveness of the whole set of movements in the competition.
