欧美滑雪运动兴起与发展及对我国的启示

摘　　要：习近平总书记提出“3亿人参与冰雪运动”的伟大目标让大众参与滑雪运动的热情持续升温。目前相对于雪场的数量而言,相关专业人才呈现紧缺状态,加上运动技能水平普遍较低,缺乏标准化的培训体系、缺少联动机制、产业化水平低,都成了阻碍我国滑雪运动场地发展的重要因素。该文通过近代欧美滑雪运动成熟经验的启示,对我国滑雪运动场地质量、人才紧缺、培训服务不规范等问题提出建议。General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the great goal of"300 million people participating in the ice and snow campaign",so that people's enthusiasm in skiing continues to heat up.At present,relative to the number of ski resorts,the related professionals are in short supply.In addition,the level of sports skills is generally low,the lack of standardized training system,the lack of linkage mechanism,and the low level of industrialization have become important factors hindering the development of ski resorts in China.Based on the enlightenment of the mature experience of skiing in modern Europe and America,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the quality of skiing venues,the shortage of talents,and the nonstandard training services in China.
