摘　　要：畲族的体育运动项目很多,内容丰富多彩,具有鲜明的宗教性、地域性、季节性、竞技性、健身性、娱乐性等特点,尤其是武术项目被列为我国的非物质文化遗产。畲族作为一个少数民族,传承了很多的传统运动项目和传统武术套路,具有较强的观赏性,为了使优秀的少数民族民俗和文化传承下去,要创造条件对畲族体育非物质文化遗产进行保护。There are many sports activities of the She nationality,with rich and colorful content,distinctive religious,regional,seasonal,competitive,f itness,entertainment and other characteristics,especially martial arts items are listed as China's intangible cultural heritage.As a minority,the She nationality has inherited many traditional sports and traditional martial arts routines,and has a strong appreciation.In order to inherit the excellent minority folklore and culture,it is necessar y to create conditions to protect the intangible cultural heritage of the She nationality sports.
