摘  要:为促进快乐体操的健康发展,实现快乐体操的价值。该研究从事物运动发展规律的角度探讨快乐体操的产生、发展中矛盾问题的转化点发展路径,以及针对快乐体操发展内容不足的突出矛盾,提出创新内容设计思路。研究发现,快乐体操要发展必须完善顶层设计,明确目标定位,走校园发展、社区发展及产业化发展路径;内容上应补充3~12岁以上年龄段内容设计,增设个人项目,同时进行男、女分项设计,以保持竞技性。In order to promote t he healthy development of h appy gymnastics and realize t he value of h appy gymnastics,this study discusses the emergence of happy gymnastics,the transformation of contradictions in the development,the development path,and the prominent contradictions in the development of happy g ymnastics f rom the perspective of the development law of sports,and puts for ward innovative content design ideas.It is found that in order to develop happy gymnastics,we must perfect the top-level design,def ine the goal,follow the path of campus development,community development and industrial development;in terms of content,we should supplement the content design of the age group over 3~12 years old,add personal projects,and at the same time,carry out the design of men's and women's items to maintain competitiveness.
