摘　　要：我国饲料产量保持高度增长,已连续九年稳居世界第一,饲料企业也从无到有、从弱到强并以供应链的形式逐渐发展起来。近年来,饲料企业供应链在组织管理、信息共享、物流成本等方面依然存在问题,在一定程度上影响饲料企业供应链的整体绩效。PDCA循环是一种具有普遍适用性、反复优化和持续改进特点的质量管理方法,本研究尝试将PDCA循环原理和供应链管理思想相结合,设计基于PDCA循环的饲料企业供应链流程,并通过实证分析,借助质量改进的“新、老七种工具”,研究PDCA循环对优化饲料企业供应链整体绩效的影响。China's feed output has maintained a high growth,and has been ranked first in the world for nine consecutive years.Feed enterprises have gradually developed from nothing to have some,from weak to strong,and existed in the form of supply chain.In recent years,there are still some problems in the organization and management,information sharing and logistics cost,which affect the overall performance.PDCA cycle is a quality management method with the characteristics of general applicability,repeated optimization and continuous improvement.This study attempts to combine the PDCA cycle with the supply chain management,design the feed enterprise supply chain process based on PDCA cycle,and through empirical analysis,with the help of“new and old seven tools”of quality improvement,study the effect of PDCA cycle on the optimization of feed enterprise supply chain integration.
