老年髋部骨折患者围术期输血指征的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋部骨折患者围术期输血的临床指征。方法选取2019年7月~2020年5月广东省廉江市人民医院收治的200例老年髋部骨折患者作为研究对象,按照计算机随机化法分为试验组(100例)与对照组(100例)。对照组在血红蛋白(Hb)<70 g/L时实施输血治疗,试验组在Hb<100 g/L时实施输血治疗。比较两组的并发症总发生率、贫血纠正时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间。结果试验组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组贫血纠正时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组切口愈合时间、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年髋部骨折患者在围术期符合输血指征的条件下接受输血干预,能够较快促进其贫血体征的改善,具有一定的价值。Objective To explore the clinical indications of perioperative blood transfusion in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to the Lianjiang People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province from July 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)according to the computer randomized method.The control group was treated with blood transfusion when the hemoglobin(Hb)<70 g/L,and the experimental group treated with blood transfusion when Hb<100 g/L.The total incidence of complications,anemia correction time,incision healing time and hospital stay time were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of anemia correction in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in incision healing time and hospital stay time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with hip fracture receive blood transfusion intervention under the condition of perioperative blood transfusion indication,which can promote the improvement of anemia signs quickly and has certain value.
