摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为中心的延续护理在慢性难愈伤口患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月~2019年12月广州市番禺区中心医院收治的136例慢性难愈伤口患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(68例)和观察组(68例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组加用以家庭为中心的延续护理。比较两组的自我管理能力评分、伤口恶化返院治疗率及护理满意度。结果出院3个月后,观察组的自我管理能力评分高于对照组,因伤口恶化返院治疗率低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的延续护理能提高慢性难愈伤口患者的自我管理能力和护理满意度,降低伤口恶化返院治疗率而改善患者康复效果,为推进慢性难愈伤口患者的家庭照护措施提供依据。Objective To explore the application effect of family-centered continuous nursing in patients with chronic difficult-to-heal wounds.Methods A total of 136 patients with chronic and difficult-to-heal wounds admitted to Guangzhou Panyu District Central Hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(68 cases)and the observation group(68 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group added family-centered continuous nursing.The scores of self-management ability,the rate of return to hospital due to worsening wounds and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after discharge,the score of self-management ability of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the rate of return to hospital due to worsening wounds was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered continuous nursing can improve the self-management ability and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic difficult-to-heal wounds,reduce the rate of return to hospital due to worsening wounds,improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,and provide a certain basis for the promotion of family nursing measures for chronic and difficult-to-heal wounds.
