摘　　要：数据极大化和算法智能化是大数据侦查应用的基础和手段,人是大数据在侦查应用中的关键因素。从大数据侦查模式的宏观构建、微观算法目标和智能更新方式的设计到相关的行规、法规的建设等方面都需结合这两个特点展开研发和应用。通过阐述大数据智能化应用在预审业务及其人才培养的双重困境,提出在预审业务及其人才培养中开展大数据智能化侦查应用的具体实现途径和培训方案设计。Data maximization and algorithm intelligentization are the basis and means of application of big data in investiga⁃tion.Human is the key factor of big data in investigation application.The macro construction of big data investigation mode,the de⁃sign of micro algorithm target and intelligent update mode,and the construction of relevant industrial rules and regulations,should be researched and developed according to these two characteristics.By expounding its double plights in the preliminary tri⁃al work and its personnel training,this paper puts forward the specific realization approaches and training scheme design of the in⁃telligent investigation application of big data in the preliminary trial work and its personnel training.
