摘 要:为提高供电可靠性,切实保障用户用电体验,不停电作业技术越来越多地被引入配电网的运行维护。面向低压配电网,介绍常规不停电作业方案,针对常规方案存在的增加停电次数、扩大停电影响范围、适应性不足等问题,提出在台区之间建立低压联络并实现低压无缝合环转电的优化策略。给出无缝合环转电装置拓扑结构,分析其实现无缝合环转电的原理,提出适用于低压联络无缝合环转电的运行维护新策略。针对配电房设置变压器的典型场景,介绍了临近配电变压器和孤立配电变压器通过接入无缝合环转电装置构建低压联络的方式。研究表明,基于无缝合环转电装置的低压不停电作业方案,兼容性强,可统筹区域配电网资源,差异化提供不停电作业服务,满足不同目标用户的供电可靠性要求。In order to improve the reliability of power supply and effectively guarantee the user’s electricity experience,the uninterrupted operation is increasingly introduced into the operation and maintenance of the distribution network.The conventional scheme of low⁃voltage uninterrupted operation was introduced.To solve the problems of frequent blackouts,wide influence range of blackouts and insufficient adaptability of conventional schemes,an optimization strategy was proposed to establish low⁃voltage liaison between stations and realize power transfer with seamless loop closing.The topology structure of the seamless loop closing device was given,the principle of realizing the seamless loop closing was analyzed,and a new operation and maintenance strategy was proposed for the low⁃voltage liaison seamless loop closing.According to the typical scene of distribution room equipped with transformer,the low⁃voltage connection mode of adjacent distribution transformer and isolated distribution transformer by connecting with seamless loop closing device was introduces.The research result shows that the low⁃voltage uninterrupted operation scheme based on the seamless loop closing device has strong compatibility,can coordinate regional distribution network resources,provides differentiated uninterrupted operation services,and meets the power supply reliability requirements of different target users.
