摘 要:依托网源监督服务平台的数据资源,通过分析大量历史数据明确空气预热器差压与机组出力之间的函数关系,挖掘空气预热器正常状态和异常状态下烟气侧差压的波动规律,建立基于监测空气预热器差压实时评估预测机组最大出力能力的模型。远程最大出力试验结果表明,模型能够有效预测空气预热器差压升高导致的降出力事件。机组降出力情况的提前预测,能够帮助调度人员及时掌握机组的真实出力情况,为合理安排机组参与应急调度提供依据,有效保障电网的安全稳定。Based on the data resources of grid⁃source inspection service platform,the functional relationship between the differential pressure of air preheater and the unit output is clarified by analyzing a large number of historical data.The fluctuation law of the flue gas side differential pressure under normal and abnormal conditions of the air preheater is explored,and a real⁃time evaluation and prediction model of the maximum output capacity of the unit based on the monitoring of the differential pressure of the air preheater is established.The results of the remote maximum output test show that the model can effectively predict the output reduction event caused by the increase of air preheater differential pressure.The advance prediction of unit output reduction can help dispatchers to grasp the real output of units in time,provide basis for reasonably arranging units to participate in emergency dispatching,and effectively guarantee the security and stability of power grid.
