摘 要:白云石凹凸棒土在我国广泛存在。选取低品位的白云石质凹凸棒为吸附材料,对含磷模拟废水(1 mg/L)进行吸附。未经处理的白云石凹凸棒土吸附能力较差,对磷的去除率只有18.63%。在现有基础上对白云石凹凸棒土进行盐酸改性和焙烧处理改性。盐酸处理改性和热处理改性对材料的吸附能力均有提升,盐酸最佳改性浓度0.6 mol/L,吸附饱和后对磷的去除率为50.22%。焙烧改性最佳处理条件为500℃,500℃下改性的样品饱和吸附情况下对磷去除率为70.97%。Dolomite attapulgite exists widely in our country.The low-grade dolomite attapulgite is selected as the adsorption material to adsorb phosphorus-containing simulated wastewater(1 mg/L).Untreated dolomite attapulgite has poor adsorption capacity,and its removal rate of phosphorus is only 18.63%.Hence,the dolomite attapulgite were treated with hydrochloric acid and roasting condition.Both the hydrochloric acid treatment and the heat treatment modification had improved the adsorption capacity of the material.The optimal modification concentration of hydrochloric acid is 0.6 mol/L,and the removal rate of phosphorus after adsorption saturation is 50.22%.The best treatment condition for roasting modification is 500℃,and the phosphorus removal rate of modified samples at 500℃is 70.97%under saturated adsorption conditions.
