防腐防窜环保型胶乳水泥浆体系的研究与开发

摘　　要：为了防止高温井的油气水窜,研制了一种防腐防窜环保型胶乳水泥浆体系。该体系添加了防腐防窜以及抑泡环保型添加剂。该体系具有优良的防气窜特性。室内实验表明,该体系具有稠化曲线成直角以及低滤失量等特点。能满足含H 2S或CO 2等腐蚀性气体的高温井生产需求。In order to prevent the migration of oil,gas and water in high-temperature wells,an anti-corrosive and anti-migration environment-friendly latex cement slurry system was developde.The system contains anti-corrosion,anti-migration and anti-foam environmental additives.The system has an excellent anti-migration properties.Laboratory experiments show that this system has the characteristics of a right-angle thickening figure and low fluid loss.It can meet the production requirements of high-temperature wells containing corrosive gases such as H 2S or CO 2.
