摘  要:论文以β-环糊精有机骨架晶体材料构筑反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)手性固定相拆分手性农药喹禾灵。分别从流动相配比、流速和缓冲溶液pH值等几个方面探究拆分喹禾灵的最佳色谱条件。实验结果表明,以柠檬酸三乙胺(浓度20 mmol/L、pH值4.00)和甲醇为流动相,在柠檬酸三乙胺缓冲液和甲醇体积比为45%∶55%,流速0.5 mL/min,检测波长240 nm,柱温25℃条件下,喹禾灵对映体分离度R s为1.88,最大分离度可达2.65。本文建立了一种新的拆分喹禾灵两对映异构体的HPLC方法。In this paper,β-cyclodextrin organic framework materials was used to construct a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)chiral stationary phase and separate the chiral pesticide quizalofop-ethyl.The optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation of quizalofop-ethyl were explored from the aspects of mobile phase ratio,flow rate and buffer pH.The experimental results show that using triethylamine citrate(concentration 20 mmol/L,pH 4.00)and methanol as the mobile phase,the volume ratio of triethylamine citrate and methanol is 45%∶55%,and the flow rate is 0.5 mL/min.With determination of wavelength of 240 nm and column temperature of 25℃,the baseline resolution of quizalofop-ethyl enantiomers was achieved,with a resolution of 1.88,maximum resolution can reach 2.65.A new HPLC method for the resolution of quizalofop-ethyl enantiomers was established.
