摘　　要：黑色中性笔字迹色痕检验及书写时间的鉴定一直是法庭科学的研究重点和难点。近年来涉及黑色中性笔字迹色痕形成时间的案件较多,国内外法庭科学工作者对此问题进行不断探究,本文对目前检验黑色中性笔字迹色痕形成时间的问题进行系统的研究,综述了傅里叶变换红外光谱法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法等有效鉴定方法。The examination of black gel pen handwriting and the identification of writing time have been the focus of research and difficulties in forensic science.In recent years,there have been cases involving the writing time of black gel pen handwriting,and forensic scientists have been exploring this field.This paper conducts a systematic study of the current problem of testing the writing time of black gel pen handwriting,and reviews effective analysis methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
