法律视角下高校工会转型在辅导员队伍建设中的作用探析

摘　　要：高校辅导员队伍的建设与高校和谐稳定的发展息息相关,也是当前高校建设综合性大学必须面对和解决的重要问题。维护教职工的合法权益,是高校工会的天然职责。但在现实中,高校工会往往沦为"福利工会""文体工会",维权职能体现得不明显。在新形势下,无论是高校辅导员队伍建设面临新的改革,还是教职工对自身利益的重视,都要求高校工会积极转变其工作重心,强化其维权职能。Counselor team construction is closely related to the harmonious and stable development of colleges and universities,and it is also an important problem that colleges and universities must face and solve in the construction of comprehensive colleges and universities.Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff is the natural duty of college labor unions.But in reality,college trade unions are often reduced to“welfare labor unions”and“cultural and sports labor unions”,and their function of legal rights protection is not obvious.Under the new situation,whether it is the new reforms faced by counselor team construction in colleges and universities or the importance of faculty and staff to their own interests,labor unions are required to actively change their focus of work and restore their function of legal rights protection.
