微波凝固与传统手术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的效果及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的:比较微波凝固治疗与传统手术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的效果及安全性。方法:选取2018年4月—2019年4月我院100例下肢浅静脉曲张患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。50例患者采用传统手术治疗,作为对照组;50例患者采用微波凝固治疗,作为观察组,比较两组患者手术相关治疗指标、并发症发生率、复发率。结果:观察组手术相关治疗指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.00%、复发率4.00%,均低于对照组的20.00%、16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统手术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张相比,微波凝固治疗效果更佳,能够明显提高手术治疗效果,降低并发症以及疾病复发率,安全性得以提升。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of microwave coagulation and traditional surgery in the treatment of superficial varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods Clinical data of patients with superficial varicose veins of lower extremity treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and 100 cases were selected as experimental subjects.Fifty patients were treated with conventional surgery and served as control group.50 patients were treated with microwave coagulation as the observation group.Operation-related treatment indexes,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation-related treatment indexes in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were 6.00%and 4.00%,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(20.00%and 16.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery,microwave coagulation has better effect,can significantly improve the effect of surgical treatment and reduce complications.
