摘　　要：2019年1月1日《住宅全装修评价标准》(T/CRECC 02—2018)(以下简称《标准》)正式实施。“首开国风尚樾”项目获得全国首个《标准》五星级认证。本文分析《标准》产生的背景及其意义,并结合项目实际情况和评审实践,梳理申报流程,总结评审要点,为后续全装修项目的申报评审分享经验,具有参考和借鉴意义。On January 1,2019,the Assessment Standard for Decorated Residential Building(T/CRECC 02-2018)was officially implemented."BCDH Guofeng Shangyue"project won the first five-star certification according to this Assessment Standard.In combination with the actual situation of the project and the evaluation practice,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the Standard,combs the application process and summarizes evaluation points so as to share the application and evaluation experience for the subsequent decorated residential project,which could provide certain reference.
