摘  要:为了减缓全球温室效应问题,实现我国碳中和远景目标,国家能源集团积极调整产业结构,努力实现绿色低碳转型。作为全球最大的煤炭生产商,煤矿高效生产过程中难免伴随着煤矿瓦斯的产出,为了从根本上减少煤矿安全生产事故、减少温室气体排放、增加清洁能源供应量,国家能源集团可借鉴国内瓦斯"零排放"示范矿井成功经验,在全集团高瓦斯矿井实施"井上下三区联动"综合治理方式;积极探索低瓦斯浓度发电、乏风发电、低浓度瓦斯直燃、烟气再利用等关键技术,通过建立保德煤矿瓦斯"零排放"示范矿井,逐步实现全集团矿井瓦斯"零排放",推动清洁发展机制(CDM)项目交易,实现新的利润增长点,为我国早日实现碳中和目标作出贡献。CHN Energy(the Group)has been actively adjusting the industrial structure and striving to realize the green and low-carbon transformation in order to slow down the global greenhouse effect and achieve the long-term goal of carbon neutrality in China.The efficient production of coal mines is inevitably accompanied by the output of coal mine gas.As the largest coal producer in the world,the Group can implement the comprehensive treatment mode of"surface-underground three-zone linkage"in its gassy mines by learning from the successful experience of Chinese gas"zero emission"demonstration mines so as to fundamentally reduce the production safety accidents of coal mines,reduce the greenhouse gas emissions,and increase the supply of clean energy.The Group can actively explore key technologies such as low gas concentration power generation,power generation by ventilation air methane,direct combustion of low concentration gas,and flue gas recycling.By establishing the gas"zero emission"demonstration mine in Baode Coal Mine,the Group can gradually realize group-wide mine gas"zero emission",and promote the transactions on clean development mechanism(CDM)projects for new profit growth,thus contributing to the early realization of carbon neutrality in China.
