摘 要:在煤矿实际生产中,由于井田证照规划范围、井上下地质条件限制、矿井开采设计、采煤方法的不同等原因,导致矿井采煤工作面布置期间丢失不规则块段煤柱,造成采区及工作面的煤炭回收率降低、资源浪费的现象。为提高煤炭回收率、减少搬家倒面次数、提高效益,本文以国家能源集团神东煤炭公司保德煤矿为例,介绍利用工作面与井田边界形成的边界三角煤,将切眼设计成扇形旋转工作面,将煤炭资源进行最大程度的回收。In the actual production of coal mines,due to the factors such as the planning scope of mine field license,the restriction of the surface and underground geological conditions,the mining design,and the different mining methods,the coal pillars in irregular sections were lost during the arrangement of the working face of the mine,resulting in the reduction of coal recovery rate and waste of resources in mining areas and working faces.In order to increase the coal recovery rate,reduce the number of working face relocation,and improve the efficiency,by taking the Baode Coal Mine of CHN Energy Shendong Coal Group as an example,this article introduces the design of open-off cut into a sector rotation working face by using the boundary triangle coal formed between the working face and mine field boundary,so as to recover coal resources to the maximum extent.
