市郊铁路票制票价问题及发展建议--以北京市为例

摘　　要：借鉴典型国际都市圈市郊铁路票制票价经验,结合居民意愿调查结果,针对北京市郊铁路票价与服务不匹配、票种单一、公交交通票卡不统一、接驳换乘费用占比高等问题,提出了服务提升、多样票种、实名票卡、接驳优惠近期发展建议,以及差异化线路、差异化时期、差异化服务定价3个方面的远期发展建议.Drawing lessons from the fare system of the suburban railway ticket system in a typical international metropolitan area,this paper analyzes the survey results of residents’willingness,and try to address the problems of mismatch between the fare and service of the suburban railway in Beijing,such as single ticket type,inconsistent public transportation ticket and card,and high proportion of connection and transfer fees.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions for the short-term development of service improvement,various ticket types,real-name ticket cards,connection discounts,and long-term development suggestions in three aspects:differentiated routes,differentiated periods,and differentiated service pricing.
