改善环氧树脂植筋胶冬季施工性能的研究

摘　　要：由于环氧树脂随温度降低黏度会明显增大,冬季施工时,需要对环氧树脂植筋胶加热才能使用。通过试验分析了不同活性稀释剂对环氧树脂性能及不同温度下黏度变化的影响,通过采用复配活性稀释剂取代部分环氧树脂,在不影响环氧树脂植筋胶整体性能的前提下,降低料浆低温黏性,实现冬季可直接施工的效果。Because the viscosity of epoxy resin increases obviously with the decrease of temperature,it is necessary to heat the epoxy resin anchor adhesive in winter construction.This paper analyzes the influence of different active diluents on the properties of epoxy resin and viscosity change at different temperatures.By using composite active diluent to replace part of epoxy resin,the epoxy resin anchor adhesive can not be affected under the premise of whole performance,reduce the slurry viscosity,and applied directly in winter.
