濒危剧种宛梆的发展现状及对策——以国有和民营剧团为中心

摘　　要：从历史上看,河南省濒危剧种宛梆流布于南阳各县,有着较为广阔的传播范围。但是改革开始以后,宛梆的演出团体极度萎缩,目前只剩下一个国有剧团和不足十家民营剧团。两类剧团在生存空间、艺术生产和人才培养等方面,各有短板与优长。推动宛梆剧种和剧团的良好发展,则需要从人才培养方式、传播方式和整体发展模式上寻找出路。Historically,Wanbang has spread throughout Nanyang’s counties and has a relatively wide spread range.However,since the beginning of the reform and opening up,Wanbang’s performance groups have shrunk extremely,and currently,there is only one state-owned troupe and less than ten private troupes.In terms of living space,artistic production,and talent training,the two types of theater troupes have their shortcomings and strengths respectively.To promote the sound development of Wanbang opera genres and troupes,it is necessary to find a way out in terms of talent training methods,communication methods and overall development models.
