摘　　要：我国正逐步进入老龄化,特别是农村地区。虽然针对现代化农村居住区的更新正如火如荼地开展,但目前国内的相关机构多关注于居家养老体系在新农村的建构,在建设过程中忽视了村落公共设施的适老性问题。本文首先对农村老年人的活动特征和空间环境进行了梳理,并总结了农村公共设施建设现状特征与问题。在此基础上,从空间规划布局、活动功能混合、基础设施设计、地方文化植入四方面,提出了基于老年活动特征的村落公共设施规划设计策略。并以安吉县鄣吴村为例进行深入探讨,旨在营建安全、舒适的农村住区适老环境,以期推进农村适老性水平的提高。China is gradually entering an aging society,especially in rural areas.Although the renewal of modern rural residential areas is in full swing,domestic scholars are currently paying more attention to the construction of the home-based care system,while neglecting the issue of the elderly adaptability of the rural public facilities in the construction process.This paper sorts out the activity characteristics and spatial environment of the rural elderly firstly and summarizes the status quo of rural public facilities construction.On this basis,the spatial planning strategy for rural public facilities based on the characteristics of elderly activities is proposed from the four aspects of space planning and layout,activity function mixing,infrastructure design,and local cultural implantation.Finally,it takes Zhangwu Village,Anji City as an example and discusses it in depth,aiming to build a safe and comfortable environment for the aged population in rural residential areas and improving the level of adaptability for them.
