摘 要:本文介绍了基于LabVIEW开发平台和NI硬件模块,模拟整车的储氧量评价方法 ,利用发动机台架硬件平台开发出来的储氧量评价系统。同时,面对轻型汽油车国六阶段的催化器评价,开发出了动态储氧量测试平台。分别通过不同的测试方法,分析催化器的储存氧和释放氧的速率,提出了动态释放氧量(DORC)的概念。同时,根据分析台架快速老化前后催化器的储氧量测试结果,针对面向整车标定策略的新型催化器的开发提出了一些见解。In this paper, we designed a novel OSC bench evaluation system based on engine bench hardware to simulate the vehicle OSC test method by NI hardware module and LabVIEW R&D platform. Meanwhile, a dynamic OSC testing platform for light-duty gasoline vehicle stage Ⅵ catalytic convertor evaluation was developed.Through different test methods, we analyzed the rate of oxygen stored and released in the catalytic convertor, a new concept of Dynamic Oxygen Release Capacity(DORC) was introduced. Furthermore,by comparing the catalytic convertor OSC test result before and after bench rapid aging, some opinions on the development of novel catalytic converter for vehicle calibration strategy were presented.
