摘 要:悬索桥门型索塔一般采用液压爬模施工,横梁结构采用支架法与塔柱同步浇筑或者异步浇筑,在施工过程中,采用水平撑杆平衡裸塔内倾带来的位移及应力。本文结合长寿二桥主桥索塔施工实例,针对传统施工技术进行优化,主要包括液压爬模架体及倒角模板防坠落安全技术优化,横梁预应力采用与塔柱异步浇筑时预应力分级优先施工技术研究及施工缝处理技术优化,水平撑杆安装拆除及主动顶撑力施加过程中的装配式卸落安全技术研究。通过施工技术优化研究,消除传统工艺中的安全隐患,提高工作效率,保障结构质量。The hydraulic climbing formwork is usually applied in suspension bridge portal pylon,while the beam structure is poured synchronously or asynchronously with the support method and the tower column.During the construction,horizontal strut is used to balance the displacement and stress caused by internal inclination of bare tower.Based on the construction of the main bridge pylon of Changshou Yangtze River No.2 Bridge,this paper makes an optimization study on the traditional construction technology,mainly including the safety technology optimization of falling prevention for hydraulic climbing formwork and chamfering formwork,prestress grading priority in beam prestress and pylon asynchronous pouring and optimization of construction joint treatment technology,and the research on safety technology of assembly unloading during installation and removal of horizontal brace and application process of active jacking force.Through the research on optimization of construction technology,the hidden danger in traditional technology is eliminated,the work efficiency is improved and the structure quality is guaranteed.
