摘 要:随着我国铁路线路向大纵深、偏远地区覆盖,越来越多的长大隧道工程涌现,如何解决长大隧道出碴问题,是提高施工效率的重中之重。本文依托西格二线关角隧道工程实例,针对隧道正线、斜井施工距离长,出碴难的问题,通过出碴运输方案比选,提出了"正洞无轨+斜井皮带机"出碴技术,即正洞采用挖掘机、装载机配合自卸汽车运输出碴,斜井采用井底破碎站、井身皮带机和洞外转运装置出碴运输系统出碴;并重点对破碎站、皮带机设置位置及皮带机出碴运输系统等方面进行分析。现场实践表明,"正洞无轨+斜井皮带机"出碴,在节能环保、进度、安全、成本等方面优势明显,可为类似工程提供一定借鉴。With the development of China’s railway lines covering large depth and remote areas,more and more long tunnel projects have emerged.How to solve the problem of mucking in long tunnel is the top priority to improve the construction efficiency.Based on the Guanjiao tunnel project of Xining-Geermu second line,aiming at the mucking difficulty in long construction distance of tunnel main line and inclined shaft,this paper puts forward the mucking technology of "main tunnel trackless+inclined shaft belt conveyor" through the comparison of mucking transportation schemes,that is,the main tunnel uses excavator,loader and dump truck to transport mucking,and the inclined shaft uses underground crusher station,shaft belt conveyor and external transfer device to transport mucking.In addition,the crushing station,belt conveyor location and belt conveyor transportation system are analyzed emphatically.Field practice shows that mucking by "main tunnel trackless+inclined shaft belt conveyor" has obvious advantages in energy saving and environmental protection,progress,safety and cost,which can provide some reference for similar projects.
