肾虚血瘀之老年颤证理论与临床研究

摘　　要：通过探讨肾与肝、肾与脑窍、肾与督脉的联系,以及血液产生的物质基础与生理功能,探讨肾虚血瘀之老年颤证的病因病机,并指出肾虚脑不充,筋脉运动失常;肾虚肝木亏,宗筋失于濡养;肾虚不得温,阴寒凝血络瘀;久病入络,情志不畅致瘀四种病机是老年颤证的发病特点,为今后研究老年颤证提供参考与借鉴。同时,笔者结合导师杨明会教授临床经验进行总结分析,理论结合实践,希冀进一步丰富肾虚血瘀这一病机理论内涵。By exploring the relationship between kidney and liver,kidney and brain orifices,kidney and Dumai,as well as the material basis and physiological function of blood production,we analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of senile tremor syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.We hold that the etiology and pathogenesis include:kidney deficiency and insufficient brain orifices,tendons movement dysfunction;kidney deficiency and liver wood deficiency,Zongjin lost in support;deficient kidney cannot be warm,and yin cold causes blood stasis;chronic disease invades the channel network and poor emotions lead to stasis.The four kinds of pathogenesis are the characteristics of senile tremor syndrome,which can be referenced by further study of senile tremor syndrome.Meanwhile,we summarize and analyze the clinical experience of Professor Yang Minghui and combine theory with practice,hoping to further enrich the theoretical connotation of the pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
