摘　　要：医疗过程中医疗文书记载不一致、医嘱开出与护理执行存在冲突、医护关系紧张造成不和谐氛围等不良现象时有发生。这将导致救治患者质量下降,严重时还可能造成医疗事故。因此,医护配合、资源整合在整个医疗过程中就显得尤为重要。本文试图从整合医学(HIM)视角谈谈如何构建整合型的医护模式,为HIM发展提供新的思路。In the process of medical treatment,some undesirable phenomena occur from time to time such as inconsistency between medical records and nursing records,conflict between medical advice and nursing implementation,and disharmonious atmosphere caused by the strained physician-nurse relationship.All of these might lead to poor quality of medical care,and even medical errors and serious incidents.Therefore,medical care cooperation and resource integration are particularly important in the whole medical process.This paper tries to discuss how to construct an integrated medical care model from the perspective of holistic integrative medicine(HIM)and provide new ideas for HIM development.
