摘　　要：针对厚重涤氨纶织物热熔染色的白芯问题,通过正交实验研究了5种助剂对织物表观得色的影响;制备的匀染剂LD(MP1、CP72、MC和KE按质量比1∶2∶1∶1复配)有效解决了白芯问题,且能改善织物的匀染性和色牢度(耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度都不低于4级)。In order to solve the problem of white core in thermosol dyeing of heavy polyester and span⁃dex fabric,the effects of 5 auxiliaries on the apparent color of fabric were studied by orthogonal experiment.A leveling agent LD was prepared with the mass ratio of MP1,CP72,MC and KE of 1∶2∶1∶1.The results showed that leveling agent LD could effectively solve the problem of white core,and improve the levelness and the color fastness of fabric.The color fastness to rubbing and soaping were not lower than grade 4.
