摘　　要：目的:引进并汉化血液透析病人依赖与风险分类量表(Categorización de usuario según dependencia y riesgo en unidades de hemodiálisis,CUDYR-DIAL),检验中文版CUDYR-DIAL在血液透析病人中的信效度并建立常模。方法:遵循Brislin双人翻译与回译原则,利用德尔菲法进行文化调适,最终确定中文版CUDYR-DIAL条目。采用便利抽样法,选取167例血液透析病人进行调查,以评价量表信效度。并在分析镇江市血液透析病人CUDYR-DIAL得分特点的基础上,分别建立常模。结果:中文版CUDYR-DIAL保留13个条目,析出3个因子,累计方差贡献率为61.629%。量表各条目的内容效度为0.73~1.00,量表内容效度指数为0.904。其中依赖总分与Barthel指数呈负相关(r=-0.705,P<0.01),风险程度得分和简单临床评分量表(SCS)得分呈正相关(r=0.343,P<0.01)。量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.761,重测信度为0.958。并最终构建了血液透析病人中文版CUDYR-DIAL依赖得分和风险得分常模。结论:中文版CUDYR-DIAL量表具有良好的信效度,可用于测量我国血液透析病人的依赖与风险水平。Objective:To introduce a Dependence and Risk Classification Scale for Patients with Hemodialysis(Categorización de usuario según dependencia y riesgo en unidades de hemodiálisis,CUDYR-DIAL)into China,and to test the reliability and validity of Chinese version of CUDYR-DIAL in hemodialysis patients.Methods:Following the Brislin principle of translation and backtranslation,Delphi method was used for cultural adjustment.And the Chinese version of CUDYR-DIAL items was finally determined.A total of 167 hemodialysis patients were selected by convenience sampling in order to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.On the basis of analyzing the hemodialysis patient characteristics of CUDYR-DIAL score in Zhenjiang city,norms were established.Results:The Chinese version of CUDYR-DIAL retained 13 items.Three factors were extracted and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 61.629%.The content validity of each item of the scale ranged from 0.73 to 1.00,and the scale content validity index was 0.904.The total score of dependence was negatively correlated with the Barthel Index score(r=-0.705,P<0.01).And the risk score was positively correlated with the Simple Clinical Score(SCS)(r=0.343,P<0.01).The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.761,the retest reliability was 0.958.Finally,the Chinese version of Dependence and Risk Assessment Scale(CUDYR-DIAL)was constructed.Conclusion:The Chinese version of CUDYR-DIAL scale had good reliability and validity.And it could be used to measure the dependence and risk level of hemodialysis patients in China.
