摘  要:利用驾驶室保护结构试验台对装载机驾驶室防滚翻结构(ROPS)进行试验,利用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对装载机驾驶室防滚翻结构(ROPS)进行了结构改进,并进行了有限元力学性能仿真分析。结果表明:原装载机驾驶室ROPS在最小垂直载荷作用下有侵入挠曲极限区域的风险,根据实验结果对ROPS进行了结构改进,改进后进行仿真分析的ROPS在满足最小垂直载荷的同时,ROPS远离挠曲极限区域DLV,驾驶室防滚翻安全性能更加符合国家标准要求。The loader cab roll-over protective structure(ROPS)is tested using the cab protection structure test bench,and the non-linear finite element software ABAQUS is used to improve the loader cab roll-over protec-tive structure(ROPS)and perform simulation analysis of finite element mechanical properties.The results show that the ROPS of the original loader cab has the risk of invading the deflection limit area under the action of the minimum vertical load.According to the experimental results,the structure of the ROPS is improved.The improved ROPS meets the minimum vertical load,the ROPS is far away from the deflection limit area DLV,the safety performance of the cab anti-rolling is more in line with national standards.
