摘 要:电空阀作为轨道车辆上控制气路开关的关键部件,其动作的准确和灵敏度要求相当高。文中通过试验数据对电空阀启动电压与电磁力合适大小的匹配关系进行分析研究,准确掌握电空阀启动和运转的临界点的参数,得出不同电压下通电时间和电空阀磁轭筒温度及电磁力大小的关系,为后续指导批量生产试验合格与否提供重要判断依据。The electro-pneumatic valve is a key component for controlling pneumatic switches on rail vehicles,and its action accuracy and sensitivity are quite high.This paper analyzes the matching relationship between the starting voltage of the electro-pneumatic valve and the appropriate size of the electromagnetic force through the test data,and accurately grasps the parameters of the critical point of the electro-pneumatic valve start and operation.The relationship between the energization time under different voltages,the temperature of the electro-pneumatic valve yoke cylinder and the electromagnetic force is obtained,which provides an important basis for judging whether the mass production test is qualified or not.
