摘  要:在电厂供热机组中,系统中的疏水若不经过精处理,直接进入低温加热器或除氧器,会造成给水、炉水、饱和蒸汽、过热蒸汽等汽水电导率运行中品质超标,进而造成管道、受热面结垢和腐蚀,影响机组安全运行。若疏水温度过高,则无法进行精处理,通过在疏水系统中增设换热器的方式,降低疏水温度,使疏水最终回到凝汽器进行除氧处理,进而取消除氧器,合理简化电厂热力系统,提高系统的可靠性和经济性。In the heat supply unit of power plant,if the drain water goes into the low temperature heater or deaerator without condensate polishing,the conductivity of supply water,boiler water,saturated steam,superheated steam,etc.will exceed quality limits.There would appear scale formation and corrosion in pipe system and heating surface,the unit may not operate safely.If the temperature of drain water is too high,condensate polishing process can not be completed.By adding heat exchanger in drainage system,decreasing drain water temperature,the drain water could be deaerated in condenser.Thus,the heat supply system of power plant can subtract deaerator,improve system reliability and economy.
