摘 要:为解决喂丝机在运行过程中出现烟丝落入喂丝机料斗吸丝管口出现烟丝分布不均现象,造成部分风力送丝管道口吸丝不足而出现其连接的卷接机组因风力送丝机构供料不足停机问题,当提高喂丝机拨料辊和皮带频率以提高烟丝量落入喂丝机料斗时,容易出现吸丝管道口堵料而造成其连接的卷接机组因风力送丝机构供料不足停机等问题。通过对原喂丝机落料斗内设计一均料机构,保证烟丝落入料斗内各风力送丝管道吸丝管口的烟丝量均匀,风力送丝管道吸丝正常,保障连接卷接机组的卷烟连续生产,喂丝机拨料辊在拨动烟丝落入落料斗内烟丝不均现象得到有效解决,喂丝机风力送丝机构供料不足引起卷接机组停机次数下降了94.35%。该方法有效解决了喂丝机烟丝来料落料不均缺陷,提升了设备运行效率。In order to solve the problem of cut tobacco falling into the cut tobacco feeder hopper during the operation of the cut tobacco feeder,the uneven distribution of cut tobacco at the mouth of the cut tobacco suction nozzle has resulted in insufficient cut tobacco suction at the mouth of some wind cut tobacco delivering pipes,which leads to cigarette making unit is shut down due to insufficient supply of wind-powered cut tobacco delivering mechanism.When increasing the frequency of cut tobacco feeder rollers and belts to increase the amount of cut tobacco falling into the cut tobacco feeder hopper,it is easy to block the cut tobacco suction pipe and cause shutdown of the connected tobacco making unit by the insufficient material of wind-powered cut tobacco delivering mechanism.An equalizing mechanism is designed in the original cut tobacco feeder blanking hopper to ensure that the cut tobacco falling into the hopper in the wind-powered cut tobacco delivering pipe cut tobacco suction pipe mouth is even,and the normal wind-powered cut tobacco delivering pipe cut tobacco suction can ensure that the cut tobacco suction is normal.The continuous production of cigarettes connected to the cigarette making unit is ensured.After the cut tobacco feeder rolling the cut tobacco to fall into the hopper,the uneven cut tobacco is effectively solved.The number of shutdowns of the cigarette making unit decreased by 94.35%.This method effectively solves the uneven cut tobacco feeding defect of cut tobacco feeder,and improves the efficiency of equipment operation.
