摘 要:以弯曲轴线异形截面某型号汽车发动机托架为依托零件,研究并优化充液压制在充液成形工艺中的应用。通过分析目标零件结构特征,确定该零件的成形难点为矩形截面圆角区域的壁厚减薄。为了避免在压管过程中截面过度畸变及管材环向材料分布不均匀,设计出在弯管-充液压制-充液整形的工艺路径。应用数值模拟和实验的方法研究了不同的支撑内压对成形效果的影响,进而优化预成形工艺,最终获得合格零件。This paper studies and optimizes the application of hydro-pressing in the hydroforming process based on a certain type of automobile engine bracket with different cross-sections and a curved axis.By analyzing the structural features of the target part,the difficulty in forming the part is the thinning of the wall thickness in the rounded corners of the rectangular section.In order to avoid excessive cross-section distortion and uneven material distribution in the hoop direction during the pressing process,a process path of bending-hydro-pressing-hydroforming is designed.The method of numerical simulation and experiment is used to study the influence of different supporting pressure on the forming result,and then optimizes the preforming process,and finally obtains qualified components.
