摘　　要：针对目前注水井封隔器存在穿越通道少、压力等级低等问题,研制了一款面向有缆智能注水井的生产封隔器。该款封隔器具有6条圆周分布电缆通道,满足测调机械手等工具的线缆需要。设计了新型锁环结构及防提前坐封机构,新型的锁环结构使坐封机构可承载较高坐封载荷。采用锁块连接的防提前坐封机构可有效避免封隔器外部受力引起的提前坐封。该封隔器具有结构紧凑、防提前坐封、压力等级高等优点。经室内与井场实验验证,该封隔器可双向承压7500 psi(51.72MPa),坐封、密封、解封等均满足设计要求,是一款高性能的注水井生产封隔器。To solve the problems of few crossing channels and low-pressure grade in water injection well packer,a production packer for intelligent injection well with cable is developed.The packer has 6 circumferential distribution cable channels,which can meet the cable needs of measuring and adjusting manipulator and other tools.The setting mechanism can bear higher setting load and has the function of preventing early setting.The high pressure design can be well adapted to the oil field plate with lower permeability.The packer has the advantages of compact structure,anti-presetting and high pressure class.The laboratory and wellsite tests show that the packer can bear two-way pressure of 7500 psi(51.72 MPa),and meet the design requirements of setting,sealing and unsealing.It is a high-performance packer for injection well.
