摘　　要：针对数控回转工作台的特点,总结了数控回转工作台在配套机床整机和加工零件领域的典型应用,研究了数控回转工作台载荷、精度、速度等主要技术指标。分别以单轴回转工作台和双轴回转工作台为例,分析了数控回转工作台的基本传动机构和支撑结构。研究了数控回转工作台的传动机构、支撑轴承、抱闸机构等关键技术,为数控回转工作台的产品设计及选型设计提供参考依据。According to the characteristics of the NC rotary table,the typical applications of the NC rotary table in the field of supporting machine tools and machining parts are summarized,and the main technical indexes such as load,accuracy and speed of the NC rotary table are studied.Taking the single-axis rotary table and the double-axis rotary table as examples,the basic transmission mechanism and supporting structure of the CNC rotary table are analyzed.The key technologies such as the transmission mechanism,support bearing,and brake mechanism of the NC rotary table are studied,which can provide reference basis for the product design and selection design of the NC rotary table.
