摘　　要：阐述了商用空调主机Creo模型轻量化设计及模型重新搭建过程中的一些经验和方法。在不影响模型整体展示必要的结构和特征的前提下,利用Creo创建收缩包络来简化模型,以减少模型加载时间、图样文件大小、模型报错等,提高工作效率。不仅包括收缩包络前处理、创建收缩包络的过程,同时包含了创建包络后的装配和图样更新的系列研究,以更好地实现三维模型的轻量化设计。This paper introduces some experiences and methods in the lightweight design of the Creo model of commercial air-conditioning mainframes and the process of model reconstruction.Without affecting the overall display of the necessary structure and features of the model,Creo is used to create a shrink envelope to simplify the model to reduce model loading time,drawing file size,model errors,etc.,and improve work efficiency.It not only includes the pre-processing of the shrink envelope and the process of creating the shrink envelope,but also includes a series of studies on the assembly and pattern update after the envelope is created,so as to better realize the lightweight design of the threedimensional model.
