清肺保元胶囊镇痛抗炎作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究清肺保元胶囊的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠扭体实验法与大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验相结合的实验方法,采用SPSS分析软件对实验结果进行数据分析。结果:清肺保元胶囊高、中、低剂量组给药后,可以减少冰醋酸导致小鼠扭体的反应频次以及抑制棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生,各组实验与空白实验组比较,具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:清肺保元胶囊具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用。Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Qingfei Baoyuan capsule.Methods The experimental results were analyzed using SPSS software,which combined the experimental method of twisting body in mice with the experimental method of cotton ball granuloma in rats.Results After the administration of Qingfei Baoyuan capsule in the high,medium and low dose groups,the response frequency of writhing induced by glacial acetic acid in mice and the inhibition of granulation tissue hyperplasia induced by cotton balls in rats could be reduced.The comparison between the experimental groups and the blank experimental group showed significant statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Qingfei Baoyuan capsule has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
