摘  要:目的:观察西药联合邵氏针灸组穴治疗瘀血阻络型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例,将患者随机分成两组:对照组(30例)与治疗组(30例),对照组给予甲钴胺片治疗,治疗组给予邵氏针灸组穴联合口服甲钴胺片治疗。观察比较两组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、中医证候积分、正中和腓总神经电流感觉阈值(CPT)变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、中医证候积分、正中和腓总神经电流感觉阈值的改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的临床总有效率为93.4%,高于对照组的72.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合邵氏针灸组穴治疗瘀血阻络型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shao’s acupuncture treatment Combined with western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method Ninety patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the study group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Mecobalamin Tablets.The study group was given acupuncture treatment of Shao’s acupuncture point and Mecobalamin Tablets.To observe and compare the clinical effect and the improvement of blood sugar,hemoglobin Alc,symptoms score,CPT of common peroneal nerve,median nerve between the two groups.Result The improvement of blood sugar,hemoglobin Alc,symptoms score,CPT in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 93.4%in the study group,72.4%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shao’s acupuncture Combined with western medicine has a significant effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of blood stasis type.
