摘 要:铁基沸石分子筛催化苯酚直接羟基化制备苯二酚反应,具有原料低廉、反应条件温和、合成路线简单和过程绿色环保等优势,近些年来逐渐成为研究的热点。主要分析苯酚羟基化反应中诱导期、催化活性、选择性和稳定性等与铁基沸石催化剂结构性质之间的关系。比较苯酚羟基化反应的各种机理。探讨反应温度、反应时间、溶剂、催化剂用量、过氧化氢与苯酚物质的量比和pH值等工艺条件对苯酚羟基化反应的影响。并且对该反应的应用前景和研究趋势进行了展望。The direct hydroxylation of phenol to dihydroxybenzene over iron-based zeolitic catalysts exhibits many advantages,such as cheap raw materials,mild reaction conditions,green and efficient catalytic process.This catalytic process has gradually been becoming a hot topic in recent years.In this contribution,the relationship between the structure and catalytic performances of iron-based zeolitic catalysts(induction period,catalytic activity,selectivity and stability)was thoroughly analyzed,and the different catalytic mechanisms were briefly compared with each other.The influences of the main reaction conditions(such as the reaction temperature,time,solvent,the amount of catalysts,the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide/phenol,and pH value)on phenol hydroxylation were also discussed.Finally,the prospects and trends of this catalytic reaction were forecasted.
