摘 要:以乙醛酸和甲醇为原料,采用强酸性离子交换树脂为催化剂合成乙醛酸甲酯。考察反应时间、反应温度、醇酸物质的量比和催化剂用量等对反应性能的影响。结果表明,在反应温度55℃、醇酸物质的量比6∶1~8∶1、催化剂用量为乙醛酸质量5%和反应时间1.5 h条件下,乙醛酸甲酯收率最高达74.8%。催化剂重复使用7次,反应结果基本一致,催化剂稳定性良好。Methyl glyoxylate was produced from glyoxylic acid and methanol in the presence of strong acidic resin as catalyst.Influence of reaction time,temperature,alcohol-acid mole ratio,and catalyst loading was investigated.The results show that the yield of methyl glyoxylate could achieve as high as 74.8%under the optimal conditions of reaction temperature 55℃,alcohol-acid mole ratio 6∶1~8∶1,the amount of catalyst was 5%of the mass of glyoxylic acid,and reaction time 1.5 h.The fluctuation of experimental results was small after seven recycles of the catalyst,which means the catalyst exhibited good stability.
