中药白英生药学鉴别研究

摘　　要：采用石蜡切片技术、水合氯醛透化法对中药白英的营养器官解剖特征及组织粉末特征进行研究.白英解剖结构、粉末特征显著,可见螺纹导管、网纹导管、含晶纤维、砂晶、环式茎表皮气孔、不定式叶表皮气孔、腺毛、非腺毛.白英营养器官解剖结构、粉末特征可为白英生药鉴定提供解剖学依据.The anatomical characteristics of vegetative organs and the characteristics of tissue powder of Solanum lyratum were studied by paraffin section and chloral hydrate method.The anatomical structure and powder characteristics of Solanum lyratum were obvious.There were thread duct,reticulate duct,crystal fiber,sand crystal,circular stem epidermis stomata,adventitious leaf epidermis stomata,glandular hairs and non-glandular hairs.The anatomical structure and powder characteristics of the vegetative organs of Solanum Lyratum can be used as the basis for pharmacognosy identification.
