摘 要:为解决色纺段彩纱针织物颜色复杂多变和模拟难度大的问题,提出一种基于改进Peirce线圈结构模型的色纺段彩纱纬平针织物仿真方法。通过采集并处理纱线图像,提取纱线条干部分的图像信息,对纱线图像进行拼接。根据实际线圈结构图像,对Peirce线圈模型进行改进,确立模型中心线和各参数之间的关系。将纱线图像映射到线圈模型上,调整线圈之间的覆盖关系,实现织物的模拟。结果表明,该改进的线圈结构模型与实际纬平针织物的线圈结构一致,模拟算法可以准确地实现对色纺段彩纱纬平针织物的模拟,并且可以适用于不同织物密度和段彩颜色纬平针织物的模拟。The color of the colored yarn knitted fabric in the color spinning section is complex and changeable,and the simulation is difficult.To solve this problem,a simulation method based on improved Peirce loop structure model was proposed.Through the collection and processing of yarn images,the image information of yarn evenness was extracted,and the yarn images were spliced.According to the analysis of actual loop structure image,the Peirce loop model was improved,and the relationship between the center line of the model and the parameters was established.The yarn image was mapped to the loop model,and the covering relationship between the loops was adjusted to realize the simulation of the fabric.The results show that the proposed loop structure model is consistent with the loop structure of the actual fabric.The simulation algorithm can accurately simulate the color spinning segment yarn and weft plain knitted fabric,and can be applied to different fabric densities and segment color weft plain knitted fabrics.
