摘 要:针对脉冲放电的起辉过程会影响脉冲介质阻挡放电效率的问题,在脉冲放电前引入脉冲调制射频放电组成级联放电。建立大气压氦气级联辉光放电的二维自洽流体数值模型,研究调制射频放电对脉冲放电特性的影响。深入探讨放电极板间隙中调制射频放电段结束后剩余的等离子体粒子的空间分布及时空演化过程。分析电子密度、离子密度和电场强度随时间与空间的变化情况,探究脉冲上升沿放电对初始条件的依赖性关系。结果表明,调制射频放电与脉冲放电之间的时间间隔越大,放电空间中剩余的等离子体密度越低,空间分布越均匀,从而建立上升沿阶段脉冲放电所需的时间越长,所获得的脉冲放电强度越弱。由此可见,级联放电有助于提高放电空间中的初始粒子密度,从而提高脉冲介质阻挡放电的效率。Aiming at the problem that the ignition process of pulse discharge affects the efficiency of pulse dielectric barrier discharge,pulse-modulated radio frequency(RF)discharge was introduced prior to the pulse discharge to form a cascade discharge.The effect of modulated RF discharge on the pulse discharge characteristics was investigated through a two-dimensional self-consistent fluid numerical model of atmospheric pressure helium cascade glow discharge.The spatial distribution and spatial-temporal evolution of residual plasma particles remaining after the end of modulated RF discharge in the discharge gap were explored in depth.The dependence of the discharge in rising phase on the initial conditions was studied by analyzing the changes in electron density,ion density and electric field strength over time and space.The results show that the greater the time interval between modulated RF discharge and pulse discharge,the lower the density of the remaining plasma in the discharge space and the more uniform the spatial distribution,and thus the longer the time required to establish the rising-edge stage pulse discharge,the weaker the obtained pulse discharge intensity.The cascading discharges increase the initial particle density in the discharge space,thus increasing the efficiency of the pulsed medium to block the discharge.
