摘　　要：目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定网售玉屏风类制剂中22种元素含量的方法。方法采用微波消解处理样品,采用ICP-MS测定网售玉屏风类制剂中硼、铝、钛等22种元素含量。结果22种元素线性关系良好,相关系数(r)≥0.9948;重复性实验的RSD为0.7%~4.3%;回收率为82.2%~114.4%,RSD为0.8%~3.5%。结论本方法简便、灵敏、快捷,可用于网售玉屏风类制剂的元素含量测定。Objective To analyze 22 elements in Yupingfeng preparations sold online.Methods The samples were digested by microwave and the contents of 22 elements,such as boron,aluminum and titanium,were determined by ICP-MS.Results The linear relationships of 22 elements were good,with correlation coefficients(r)not less than 0.9948;the RSDs of repeatability experiments were 0.7%-4.3%;the recoveries were 82.2%-114.4%,with RSDs of 0.8%-3.5%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and rapid,and can be used for the determination of 22 elements in Yupingfeng preparations sold online.
