摘 要:目的:探究高强度间歇训练对提升学生心肺功能的作用及影响。方法:选择某高校20名学生作为研究对象,其中5名女性志愿者和5名男性志愿者进行高强度间歇训练,另外5名女性志愿者和5名男性志愿者进行中强度持续训练,利用运动心肺功能测试仪器、便携无线监测终端装置等设备对实验过程中的数据进行记录。结果:学生在高强度间歇训练中,收缩压和心肌氧耗水平均低于中等强度持续训练,因此说明高强度间歇训练要求学生具有更高水平的心肺功能。Objective:to explore the effect and inf luence of high-intensity interval training on improving the cardiopulmonary function of students.Method:twenty students from a university were selected as the research objects,among them,5 female volunteers and 5 male volunteers received high-intensity interval training,and the other 5 female volunteers and 5 male volunteers received medium-intensity continuous training,cardiopulmonary function test equipment,portable wireless monitoring terminal devices and other equipment recorded the data during the experiment.Result:in the high-intensity interval training,the systolic blood pressure and myocardial oxygen consumption of the students are lower than the moderate-intensity continuous training,therefore,the high-intensity interval training requires the students to have a higher level of cardiorespiratory function.
