摘 要:微格教学是通过现代教学媒体技术设备对学生的动作技能进行系统训练,它在培养和训练学生动作技能方面具有突出的独特作用。该文采用文献资料法、实验法、数据统计法,对挺身式跳远采取微格教学法和传统教学法进行数据对比。经过8周的学习,实验组和对照组学生的运动成绩及各个动作技术环节的量化评分存在显著性差异。实验证明,运用微格教学法是提高田径课教学质量行之有效的方法。Microteaching is as ystematic training of students'motor skills through modern teaching media technology and equipment.It has a unique and outstanding role in cultivating and training students'motor skills.In this paper,the current situation of microteaching in college physical education major is investigated.This paper compared the data of the microteaching methods and the traditional teaching methods for the back-straight long jump by using the method of literature,experiment and data statistics.There were signif icant differences between the experimental groups and the control groups in the sports scores and the quantitative scores of each movement technique after 8 weeks studies.The experiment proves that the microteaching methods could enhance the teaching quality of track and field courses effectively.
